Clubb Named CFO at JohnsonDiversey

Former Unilever exec comes back to firm as Smorada retires.

JohnsonDiversey has named former Unilever executive Norman Clubb as its new executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective Jan. 11. Clubb will succeed retiring executive VP and CFO Joseph Smorada. Clubb served as a JohnsonDiversey director from Feb. 2007-Nov. 2009, serving as an appointee of Unilever NV.
